On Saturday June 18, 2022, PEMM celebrated its 10th anniversary: ten years of projects, actions and solidarity with the populations of Northern Laos. To celebrate this, the members of the association met at the Méliès Saint François in Saint-Etienne around the filmGoodbye Mister Wongand Kham Kha songs. We had the honor to be in the presence of the Lao delegation from the Embassy of Laos in France with his Excellency Ambassador Kham-Inh KITCHADETH.

This exceptional evening was a success and we thank everyone present. The association is proud of this spotlight given to Laos and its people. It is important for PEMM to highlight the difficulties encountered and to deal with them by offering them our help.
